Fruit Pie (and Ice Cream)

In this class students will make a lattice topped peach pie from start to finish.  We’ll make a classic all butter pie dough and the filling from fresh local peaches.  Students will also make a simple no churn ice cream to take home and enjoy with their pie.

This class is not eligible for fee remission for Ivy Tech employees due to limited capacity. Please see our CLL fee remission guidelines for more information.

NOTES:

-  All CLL baking and cooking classes culminate with a shared meal or supplementary food that will be available during the class.

-  All supplies included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers.


-  We will do our best to accommodate dietary/allergy restrictions, though please be aware of the class details and potential limitations of ingredient substitution.
