CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know and we'll provide a full refund up to 7 days prior to the start of the first class/camp meeting. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time except for class/camp cancellations or documented emergencies.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND ENROLLMENT
Please register prior to the registration deadline on the class information page to ensure your enrollment. If there are not enough registrations by the registration deadline to run the class, it will be cancelled and any registered students will be contacted via email.

IVY TECH PRIVACY POLICY
Click here to review the College's and CLL's policy, including Ivy Tech's Code of Student Rights & Responsibilities, Student Records/FERPA, and more.

ADULT AND YOUTH CLASSES AGE POLICY
Adult classes are open to students ages 18+. All students under 18 interested in joining an adult class must contact CLL Staff at lifelonglearning@ivytech.edu to request permission, which can be granted depending on the class subject and instructor preference. Youth registrations for adult classes must be completed by a parent/guardian and require completion of our Youth Participation Release form.

Youth classes and camps will include the eligible age or grade range in the class or camp title. For summer camps, the listed grade range indicates the participating student's status for the upcoming fall academic term.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Center for Lifelong Learning follows the Ivy Tech-Bloomington campus procedure for emergency cancellation of classes. We will do our best to inform all students as soon as possible in case of a rare cancellation. If we’re open and you’re not able to travel to class, please contact us.

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS
Per statewide Ivy Tech policy, a parent or guardian must attest that his/her child has been immunized in accordance with Indiana's immunization guidelines for children and teens. The Ivy Tech CLL reserves the right to request immunization verification from participants as it deems necessary; cancellations due to violation of this policy will not be refunded. We understand that for some this policy may be a barrier to participation but, barring rare medical conditions, there are no exemptions allowed, including those for religious or other personal reasons. In the case that a medical exception may be granted, a medical doctor must provide confirmation that the vaccination is contra-indicated due to medical reasons and that the child is in good health and the planned camp day and activities will not pose an abnormal risk to the child.

FEE REMISSION
Ivy Tech faculty and staff are eligible for tuition fee remission for CLL classes unless otherwise noted in the class description due to limited capacity. Materials fees are not covered by fee remission. Please see all of our Fee Remission guidelines and how to register HERE.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The Center for Lifelong Learning reserves the right to use substitute instructors and alternate facilities and schedules when necessary.

DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES
Ivy Tech Community College provides accommodations for persons with documented disabilities in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Students who have, or think they may have a disability (e.g. psychiatric, attention, learning, vision, hearing, physical, or systemic), please let staff know in advance.

VIRTUAL CLASS PARTICIPATION
As with in-person classes, all students attending classes held virtually must be registered unless otherwise noted in the class description. Additionally, class recordings for adult classes (if applicable) are made available only to registered students who request access because they are not able to attend class.
