This hands-on class is designed for kids and family members to learn the joy of pasta making together! Guided by Chefs Ashley & Levi Massie, we’ll learn how to make homemade pasta and explore the ingredients, equipment, and techniques needed to create perfect pasta shapes. From classic spaghetti to bowties, spirals, and shapes of your own design, you’ll observe chef demonstrations and create your own pasta while learning more about the history of pasta and pairing pasta shapes with classic marinara and alfredo sauces. This class culminates with plenty of tasty pasta to enjoy together at the end of the day! This class is vegetarian accessible and dairy-free, but will not be egg or gluten free.
