This class is perfect for students looking for a gentle yoga option or who might have limited mobility. No previous experience is necessary. SUPPLIES: Students do not need to purchase any materials, but we will use the following household items: a sturdy chair with a back and no arms, a bath or beach towel, a long belt or strap, a tennis ball, a pencil, a thick dense pillow, 2 supports (large sturdy books or Tupperware containers, or yoga blocks).
