Students will learn the ins and outs of pasta dough using a non-bean gluten free flour mix. We will also create a classic Pasta Puttanesca and discuss all the variations of this dish. Students can take home all leftovers, and recipes for this class can be made vegetarian. This course includes both demo and hands-on components that you will learn in Ivy Tech’s professional kitchens!

NOTES:
- All CLL baking and cooking classes culminate with a shared meal or supplementary food that will be available during the class.
- All supplies included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers.
