In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to create classic eclairs! Students will learn how to make choux paste, pastry cream, and a chocolate glaze. This course includes both demo and hands-on components that you will learn in Ivy Tech’s professional kitchens!

This class is not eligible for fee remission for Ivy Tech employees due to limited capacity. Please see our CLL fee remission guidelines for more information.

NOTES:

-  All CLL baking and cooking classes culminate with a shared meal or supplementary food that will be available during the class.

-  All supplies included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers.

-  We will do our best to accommodate dietary/allergy restrictions, though please be aware of the class details and potential limitations of ingredient substitution.

-  Ivy Tech Bloomington is a tobacco-free campus. Participants in CLL classes are expected to adhere to Ivy Tech's Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
