Acting Ensemble for Littles: Treasure Island (Grades K-2)

Acting Ensemble for Littles: Treasure Island is a theater arts class for young, budding performers that builds upon their interest in acting, movement, and self-expression—all while having fun! Designed especially for Littles (grades K-2nd), this class will explore the swashbuckling world of Treasure Island as interpreted by our favorite muppets. Students will become familiar with the basics of script analysis, stage directions, and storytelling in an interactive and dynamic learning environment. The class will also implement confidence-building theater games and improvisation activities to spark creative thinking for a lifelong love of performing. Students will get to show off their new skills with a final showcase on November 16.

NOTE: A limited number of scholarships are available for students eligible for free or reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program.
