Calling all teens and creators (rising 7th-12th graders) to join BAFT’s Movie Camp for Teens--a comprehensive crash course in the world of moviemaking! Using their own iPhones/iPads, campers will learn how to plan, build, shoot, and edit movies, all while learning the ropes of being on a movie set. Whether your passion is acting in front of the camera or making movie magic behind the camera, campers will explore the fundamentals of storytelling and cinematography in a fun, hands-on, creative environment.
Student films will be posted on BAFT's social media page on Friday, July 1 @4pm.
What you'll need for camp:
- iPhone or iPad*
- Filled water bottle
- Sack lunch
- Snacks, as needed
- Closed-toe shoes
- Dedicated notebook/pencil
*Although we encourage campers to to use their own device if they currently have one, an iPhone/iPad is not a requirement."
