
Spend eight weeks with instructor, Mori, learning to make authentic Japanese dishes including rice and the basics, sushi making, bento boxes, Japanese instant curry and spring rolls, gyoza: potstickers, tempura, teriyaki chicken/tofu, and Japanese dessert.
Mori is half-Japanese and has been taught how to prepare Japanese food by her Japanese mother and grandmother. As a little girl, she helped cut veggies, grind the sesame seeds, and fold gyoza skins by hundreds! She has run Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen in Indianapolis for six years.
