« back to classes page
ClassGraphic This course will explore the history and present-day manifestation of human rights. We will identify the generations of human rights, their role in law, and their existence in the United States. We will also define why the movement for Black lives is a human rights issue. To get the advocacy juices flowing, we will conclude by brainstorming a class list of human rights and create action plans for realizing them in our community.  Great material for supporting your in-person and online debates.
