Welcome back to our College for Kids Baking Camps this summer where students will get the chance to learn the foundational techniques of baking in the professional kitchens of Ivy Tech's Culinary Arts & Hospitality Administration Program! In Ice Cream & Pastries, we'll be making ice cream, cream puffs, mille feuille, meringues, and more. Each day will reward you with something delicious to share with friends and family! This camp is for rising 6th-8th graders.
NOTE: This camp is not eligible for Ivy Tech Employee Fee Remission due to limited capacity.
SUPPLIES: All supplies are included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. We will communicate ahead of time any container requirements for transporting bakes home.
