In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn techniques and recipes for enhancing classic breakfast dishes. We'll also explore cooking methods, ingredient selection, and time-saving tips to streamline your morning routine as we make pancakes from scratch, hashbrown omelets, and fried, scrambled, and poached eggs to top eggs benedict. This class is open to beginners and home chefs looking to hone the skills and confidence to elevate your first meal of the day! This class is vegetarian and gluten free accessible, but not vegan.
This class is not eligible for fee remission for Ivy Tech employees due to limited capacity. Please see our CLL fee remission guidelines for more information.
NOTES:
- All CLL baking and cooking classes culminate with a shared meal or supplementary food that will be available during the class.
- All supplies included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers.
