In this class, students will work in pairs to learn the ingredients, equipment, and techniques for making their pasta at home. Chef will discuss the types of fillings, meats, and sauces that work best with each cut of pasta. In addition, Chef will discuss the storage of fresh pasta and some suggestions for how to serve it. Then, each student will have the opportunity to make their own pasta and sauce to take home with them. All will have a meal and taking leftovers home at the end. This class can be made vegetarian upon request, but is not gluten free accessible.
This class is not eligible for fee remission for Ivy Tech employees due to limited capacity. Please see our CLL fee remission guidelines for more information.
