For rising 1st-3rd graders, Theater Camp for Littles: Dynamic Duos offers full-day, hands-on activities that encourage and promote the exploration and creation of theater arts in a fun, engaging camp environment. With a focus on teamwork and fostering imagination, campers will devise their own theater pieces by examining character relationships between classic and contemporary dynamic duos. Mario & Luigi, Bluey & Chloe, Pooh & Piglet, Barbie & Ken, Woody & Buzz Lightyear, and Marlin & Dory are just a few of the dynamic duos that will spark campers' imaginations. Skill-building theater exercises, along with dynamic duo-themed improvisation games and activities, will focus on acting, movement, and storytelling. Campers will gain self-confidence, respect for others, and a greater ability to express themselves both physically and vocally, all while making new friends along the way. The week culminates in an afternoon showcase at the Ted Jones Playhouse!
Camp showcase will be held on Friday, June 7 @ 3:30pm
