Join local forager Lou Barnhart for a seasonal workshop on everything wild and edible in Indiana. In this class you will learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare wild edibles that thrive in the cooler months. From nutrient-rich roots to hardy greens, we’ll explore the hidden abundance of the late-year landscape.

Guided by an experienced forager, you’ll gain hands-on skills in plant identification, ethical harvesting, and seasonal safety considerations. Along the way, we’ll discuss culinary uses and preservation techniques that help you make the most of nature’s offerings year-round.
