Join David Rupp, owner of IndiGo Birding Nature Tours, for an introductory look at birds and birding. If you enjoy watching the birds at your feeders and listening to the bird songs when outside but have been wanting to know more, then this class is for you!
David will give an interactive online presentation via Zoom for the first two weeks, focusing on topics such as bird biology, bird conservation, bird ID, and understanding bird song. After each virtual presentation there will be time for questions and further discussion. The second two weeks will be in-person birding trips to Switchyard Park and Griffy Lake. This class will be a great way to kick-off the spring birding season!
