PROFILES
Profiles allow you to save your information for future use, monitor your current registration, receive communications from instructors and staff regarding your classes, view waiting lists, and more. Once you've created a profile you'll be able to update/edit your information and access all of your information at any time by loging in.

We take data security and stewardship very seriously. Your personal information is visible only to Ivy Tech CLL staff and will never be sold or shared to an outside party. Information is shared with faculty only as needed, e.g. allergy notes for a student in a cooking class or a roster with emails so faculty can reach out about supplies.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
When it comes to paying online Ivy Tech CLL staff will never be able to see your credit card information. Card info is protected by our rigorous adherance to PCI Level 1 security protocols and card numbers are encrypted when entered. Select staff involved in financial reporting will be able to see the last four digits, a PCI Level 1-compliant practice. Financial information will never be shared with faculty, staff who are not involved with financial reporting, or anyone outside of Ivy Tech.

- Student Profiles are for individuals who wish to register for offerings for themselves alone.
- Household Profiles are for signing up yourself and/or family members or employees. If it is likely that you will sign up others in your household for classes in the future, start a household profile. When registering, you will be prompted to choose which member(s) of the household to register for each class.
