Home-made baked treats are wonderful gifts at the holiday time. They can reflect your cultural background, incorporate favorite ingredients, or just be fun to make and decorate. In this class for 6th-8th graders, participants will focus on making rolled and dropped cookies—including Tender Butter Cutouts, Cinnamon-Ginger Chews, Holiday Blossoms and Oatmeal Raisin cookies—decorating them and then creating gift boxes for the perfect holiday gifts! NOTE: This class will utilize All-Purpose wheat flour and is not gluten-free.
NOTE: This class is not eligible for Ivy Tech Employee Fee Remission due to limited capacity.
