This medium rye is a soft sandwich bread baked in a pan, aromatic with caraway, dill, and onion. It’s incredibly flavorful, slices beautifully, and is perfect for a reuben or grilled cheese! Students will take home their freshly baked 9” x 5” loaf, and during this lunchtime class, we'll make sandwiches showcasing the deli rye bread. This course includes both demo and hands-on components that you will learn in Ivy Tech’s professional kitchens!

NOTES:
- All CLL baking and cooking classes culminate with a shared meal or supplementary food that will be available during the class.
- All supplies included. Students will receive copies of the recipes, as well as any remaining food to take home. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers.
