Who doesn’t love a bowl of noodles? In this camp for rising 6th-8th graders, we will make all sorts of noodle dishes inspired by global flavors, like Japchae, Cacio e Pepe, Pad Thai, and Mei Fun in the professional kitchens of Ivy Tech's Culinary Arts & Hospitality Administration Program. While our noodle dishes can easily be made gluten free and all are vegetarian, there are some ingredients that we may not be able to substitute and keep the deliciousness of the dish, such as: soy sauce, nuts, garlic, and cheese. This camp is for the adventurous eater!
NOTE: This camp is not eligible for Ivy Tech Employee Fee Remission due to limited capacity.
