In this class, you’ll learn to make an actually crusty gluten free bread! Each student will be able to take home a medium-sized loaf and we will collectively make bagna càuda, a hot dish made with garlic, anchovies, red wine, and extra virgin olive oil, along with vegetables to enjoy while the bread is proofing and baking. Please note that our bread will be made in a kitchen that uses wheat, so it is not celiac safe. Vegetarian alternatives for the bagna càuda will be available.
YOUTH ELIGIBILITY: This class is open to adults, as well as youth participants ages 12+ who plan to attend with an authorized adult who is also registered and participating.
This class is not eligible for fee remission for Ivy Tech employees due to limited capacity. Please see our CLL fee remission guidelines for more information.
