What can you learn about a person just by observing their behavior? Quite a lot, it turns out. With technology playing a role in most every aspect of our lives, there are many ways that we leave our footprints in the digital world through the technology with which we interact. In this 4-week class, we’ll discuss what a digital footprint is, and how our digital footprints tell the world about us, then what we can do to decide what we share and when. This is an introductory level class, so we'll start with the basics of technology and privacy before gradually exploring the settings on our phones and other devices. All skill levels are welcome.

NOTE: While it is helpful to bring your own phone and/or laptop for this class, no specific phone or device is required to participate, as we will be in a computer lab for participants who prefer to use an on-campus desktop computer.
